  • Final Decision: The decision to remove an account based on threatening access or being a potential attack vector is at the sole discretion of our team. We reserve the right to take appropriate action to safeguard the security and integrity of our Service, even if it means removing user accounts without prior notice.
  • No Liability: We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any damages, losses, or expenses incurred as a result of the removal of your account in accordance with this policy.

Rules and Moderation

We do not and will not protect or condone illicit activities conducted through our platform. Saferoom reserves the right to cooperate with law enforcement agencies and comply with valid legal requests for user data to the extent permitted by law. Users engaged in unlawful activities should be aware that their encrypted communications may be subject to scrutiny and disclosure in accordance with legal procedures.

DELETION IS FINAL. Once content is deleted, it is inaccessible. We will lock an individual's ability to access and delete data immediately after validating the legality of a request for said data. It should be noted that our threat response framework will automatically issue a warning and purge data if unlawful access is attempted.
